...A WINTRY MIX OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN AND SNOW POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA THROUGH THE MID MORNING... An area of a wintry mix of light freezing rain and snow could impact portions of northern and central North Dakota through the mid morning. The highest chances for a glaze of ice accumulation are along a line from the Turtle Mountains to Jamestown. The freezing rain could lead to icy spots on roads and sidewalks, and could impact the morning commute. Allow extra time for travel and check the latest road conditions before setting out. Do not use cruise control when driving on icy roads, and leave plenty of stopping distance ahead of you. The threat for freezing rain will end by the mid morning.
